COMPUTERS
The East Cleveland Public Library offers free computer access to ECPL library card holders in each department! Guest Passes are available upon request. ECPL also offers free use of device charging stations in certain areas.
COMPUTER CLASSES
The East Cleveland Public Library offers free computer classes to the public and opportunities to explore emerging technologies. In our state-of-the-art Computer Lab and Career Center, patrons have access to both Macintosh and Windows-based computers, the Internet, Wi-Fi, various software applications and databases. The East Cleveland Public Library computer labs are staffed by dedicated employees who are ready and available to assist patrons with their technology needs.

Patrons may also visit the Northstar Digital Literacy website to tests your computer skills. You can build skills in key areas and demonstrate your knowledge by earning certificates and badges. Prepare for your future now with ECPL!
WIRELESS HOTSPOTS
The East Cleveland Public Library is pleased to offer wireless Hotspot devices for loan to library patrons. Library patrons who are 18 years of age and older must have a valid ID with an East Cleveland address, East Cleveland Public Library card and a signed "Wireless Hotspot Borrowing Agreement" on file assuming financial responsibility for lost or damaged equipment to check out a wireless hotspot.
Library patrons who are minors (under 18 years of age) must have a parent or legal guardian with a valid ID with an East Cleveland address, East Cleveland Public Library card (Child) and a signed "Wireless Hotspot Borrowing Agreement" on file assuming financial responsibility for lost or damaged equipment to check out a wireless hotspot.
