FRIENDS OF THE ECPL The mission of the FRIENDS of the East Cleveland Public Library is to promote a better understanding of the needs of the library throughout the community, and to lead in the development of programs which can extend, and improve the use if the library services and facilities. Monthly meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month from 4:00 – 5:30 pm in the lower auditorium of the library. Applications for new members can be found at the circulation desk of the ECPL. We are currently looking for vendors for our 3rd annual Juneteenth pop-up shop. if you or anyone you know would like to participate please call the circulation desk of the library (216-541-4128) for more information!
